More
Emily - we like to lay her on the sofa next to us propped up by this pillow. Gives
her a nice place to lay down and since she wasn't rolling over yet, it prevented her from
falling off the sofa.

Emily
hanging out on the sofa. |

 |
A very
happy Emily!

Emily on
the floor playing and working on rolling over. |

Emily
sleeping on the sofa and in the car seat. |

 |
Emily in
her swing. Like I said above, the kids will dance and play in front of her and Emily
laughs and smiles at them. Melissa and Jacob actually get in fights over whose turn
it is to entertain Emily. They are so brother and sister.

A few
pictures at Brookfield Zoo. No pictures of animals... just Emily sleeping and the
kids on the playground.

An
Emily eating baby food montage. She has just started eating more baby food and
mommy's feeding her a couple servings of baby food a day now.

These
few pictures are when the kids went with Heidi to learn how to ride bikes without training
wheels. They have these kewl training bikes that gradually help the kids
balance. Melissa did better than Jacob but she is two years older after all.
|
Jacob
and Melissa playing at the Warner's backyard pool. If we thought having 3 kids was
tough... the Warners are way past that. They have 6 kids!

Melissa
taking a turn feeding Emily.

Daddy
raises his kids properly through generous playtime with the xbox 360. Emily is
sitting in a Bumbo seat which allows her to sit up without falling over. The kids
love playing Lego Star Wars and Melissa's getting pretty good at it!.

Pictures from our Saturday after Labor Day block party, which is always a good
time. The local fire station always brings a truck over for everyone to play
on. One of the people on our block has a huge blow up air playground and all the
kids loved that. We have a ton of kids of all ages on our block, from newborn to
teenagers... even lots of old kids who haven't grown up yet, like me. ;-) In
the far right, you can see the two kids who live next door to us. On the right, next
to Melissa is Kayla, who babysits for us once a week. On the left is Samantha, who
goes to the same school as Melissa. Amy takes Sam home from school too so it's a
croweded car for the 3 block ride home.

Here's Jacob on his first day of preschool this year and Melissa on her first day
of Kindergarten at her new school, Pleasant Lane. Jacob still rides the bus over to
Madison school, but mommy has to drive Melissa since the school is only 3-4 blocks from
home.

Here's Melissa and Olivia at Sparks. Sparks is a Bible club had at our
church where kids K-2nd grade come on Wed night to sing, color, hear stories, say
sections, do activities and play lots of games. The kids have a great time and they
learn a lot about God and what it means to be Christians.

Melissa and Jacob's birthday party at Chuckie Cheese (where else?) Melissa
invited Lauren, Olivia, Rocky, Lucy, Denise, Devin and Aiden. Unfortunately, Devin
and Aiden couldn't make it but the rest had a great time. Chuckie Cheese is a pure
madhouse on Saturday afternoons... kids were everywhere. Nonetheless, it's still a
good time. The red haired girl in most of the pictures is Lauren who Melissa just
met this year in school. She's a real sweetheart and Melissa and Lauren hang out a
lot. On the far right is Olivia who goes to Sparks with Melissa, lives very close by
and comes over from time to time.!

Here's the sole pictures we have of the kids many birthday celebrations at
home. We took a lot of video but not many still pictures. These are all from
when Amy's mom, brother John, his wife Emery and their baby Marai came over to celebrate.

 |
Here's the kids dressed up in their Halloween costumes for 2006! Melissa
and Jacob picked out their own costumes and Emily's was inherited from both of the other
kids. Melissa was a witch (a good witch... she insisted!), Jacob was a fireman and
Emily was a pumpkin. After playing so much Lego Star Wars with daddy, they all want
to be Star Wars characters next year. Ha!
